Manage a team of both supervisory employees and staff who are responsible for the implementation of all TNCI Local services

Responsibilities include communicating company strategy and motivating Local Provisioning team to maximize monthly revenue growth

Work with other TNCI departments to evaluate success of business, implement changes, and update working strategy to remain aligned with TNCI company goals

The Local Provisioning Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations including:

Quality of the order entry process

Maintaining SLA standards

System performance

Employee performance

Analyze the local pre-order and order process for the following services in Verizon, AT&T, Covad, and Qwest territories:

POTS
-
Centrex
-
DSL
-
Remote Call Forwarding

Foreign Exchange Service
-
PBX Trunks
-
Off-Premise Extensions
-
Off-Premise Extensions
-
Provides support and guidance to the IT organization in their effort to automate many aspects of the local ordering process
-
Works closely with the Product Department in new local product development and roll out

Provide monthly reporting for Department:

Number of orders completed sorted by order type

Number of service numbers installed/converted

Adherence to Service Level Agreements

Analysis:

Monitor order volume and look for trends in Local Service Requests for all services

Determine potential automation opportunities

Represent department at:

Management meetings

Product meetings
-
Vendor meetings with Carriers as needed

Determine process and structure improvements to maximize revenue growth through timely installations and conversions

Investigate/design/implement provisioning process for new carrier relationships

Maintain productive working relationships with vendors

Step in and assist with high priority escalations

Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and terminating staff

Conduct weekly meeting with direct reports
